YOUR YOGA

We run a closed session for you - CTWFC players, partners and friends - footballers or not. 


It's a slow-paced, relaxing session that will help your flexibility, balance, and strength.… all good for you and your game.


The class takes place each Friday, 15:00 to 16:00, at Blackland Health Club, SN11 0NQ. Just £5 per session and no membership to the health club is required.

A SLOW AND EASY SUN SALUTATION

Even if you can't get to a yoga class you can look at doing this slow and easy exercise at home.   

The Yoga Sun Salutation is an almost complete system of fitness and health. You flex your body in every way except twisting. With increased practice, you will build flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, better breathing and the ability to relax easier.

The more frequently you do this and the more repetitions, the greater the benefit. When you are comfortable doing the positions and actions correctly, you can begin to increase the speed too.
